Use an electric shaver as well as hair cutting shears like at your barbers.. Shear your hair so that it's short first then use the electric shaver to cut it down to skin level, it works well, doesn't cut, and doesn't irritate.

when i do shave, I use a nose hair trimmer and scissors, very easy and safe.

My advice is... Don't shave it.
I have shaved twice, and after both times, I regretted it because of the itchy feeling you get after you shave. But if you really want to, just use shaving cream and a razor.

do it after a shower the skin is more relaxed and dont shave against the grain and always use a sharp razor
