Was I adopted?

Well I really think I am adopted. My sisters always made jokes about it. I have yet to see any baby pictures too. My "dad" doesn't really call me by my name either. I haven't seen my birth certificate but I have seen my social security. I look nothing like my parents but I somewhat resemble my sister. My mom is asian but I don't look like one. How can I figure out it I am?

Just ask them. Thats all you can do to find out, none of us can tell you whether you were or not

You need to have a talk with your mother and father about that sort of thing. I can't tell you for sure. Just find a quiet time, and just ask them. You can't really figure it out, the only way to know is to talk to them.

Sit down and talk with them about it. Ask them. They should be completely honest with you. When you get your drivers license you should have to use your birth certificate for it.

Yes man u need to confront them. It's possible tho that your dad could be your real dad but your mom may not be. Just ask it never hurts to be curious

I'm adopted, I found out when i was 14 and my parents had no plans of telling me until i was 18. Its only because i was clearing out our attic and found the adoption certificate and things like that. I don't know how old you are but this could possibly be the reason but tbh there isn't enough evidence there to say that you are in fact adopted. The only way is to ask them straight out. Just don't worry too much or look too far into it until you know for sure or have real reason to think you may be, not everyone looks like their parents.

just ask, but be carefl about it as it could offend them a bit. i know that seems stupid, but you never know. Only ask if you are really stuck and honestly thnk you are adopted, and if you find out you are, this shouldn't matter- your parents still love you <3

You can ask or get a paternity test from the commercials on TV

I'm adopted and found out when i was about 10, but I grew up looking like my cousins and brothers so I had no idea. Sometimes you can't tell just by the way you look.
