did you recently use any shampoo or other possibly irritating products as lube? if so that may be the cause as your skin could have had an allergic reaction

Like what sieg said above, did you use anything when you last masturbated? It could be that whatever you used got into your urethra, which is what's causing the burning. I know from personal experience that using shampoo or certain types of lotions can cause your penis to burn. It goes away after a while but makes pissing a project in its own.
Just try not to have to pee for a while and the burning will slowly stop. And try not to touch it too much either, wear boxers if you can.

I had a uti a few years back coupled with a kidney stone, and that was one of my symptoms... I'd try to bump that appointment up as soon as you can...

yeah could be a uti cuz shampoo wouldnt be still making it hurt this long
