Alright, well first-off I am a very stressed person and I was told that exercising relieves stress and I was wondering if that was true.
The second thing is that I am not the biggest person in the world and I want to build muscle to get bigger and I was wondering if any of you had any tips on using the bowflex. I was wondering if any of you have any ideas for a program for building muscle, I am shooting for about 6weeks to get results, any suggestion? :what:

This theory about exercising relieve stress doesn't apply to all people. Only certain people.

Just think about it. When working out, you have to push yourself and exert energy to lift weights. When you do it right, you sometimes have to grunt and yell to get the last few reps out. This is what relieves the stress. You take all your pain inside, and just yell it out when doing those last few reps in each set... and I can give you a 6 week program that i'm using right now. I'm in the 3rd set of it which is the 18th week. PM me and I can get you a lift of workouts for each day of the week (mon-thursday), and detailed description on what to do...this workout shows great results for me. at the beginning to the end, i end up going up about 20-25 lbs in each lift, and I gain about 10 lbs of muscle and lose around 4 or 5 lbs of fat from it. But you gotta have a good diet and you have to have cardio.
