I promised myself I would never cut on my arm again. The scars finally faded enough to not be that noticeable, and I finally felt good about it. Until yesterday.

I don't know WHY I decided on my arm. But I meant to do one.. and this is the scary part, I couldn't stop. I did 8 really deep ones, which is more than I've ever done in one sitting... there was a lot of fucking blood and it went on the bathroom tile and dripped off my fingertips and covered my whole arm and everything and it looks really gory now. I get to greet spring in Florida now with sweaters. :/

I really hate myself sometimes.

Its okay, i did exactly the same thing.
But they will fade again, so don't give up.
Keep resisting to do it on your arm as its more noticeable,
leave the scars too fade. Its okay to slip up.. Im always here <3

I remember the last time I cut my arm. I went to just do one. I was at school, and it was too much effort to take off my tights, so i thought "just a small one on my arm." I ended up with about 8 or 9, mainly pretty deep.

it was like something came over me, and I just lost control. So don't worry, this happens to all of us, we all make mistakes and we all know how you feel.

Try and resist doing it on your arm. I know it's easier said than done, but maybe make a conscious effort to do it in other places, because arms are very noticable. The scars will fade eventually, and one day you'll be able to look down at the faint little lines, and they'll remind you of how strong you were to be able to stop.

I'm always here, PM me anytime. :hug3:

I've done exactly the same thing, only intended to do a couple and ended up doing about 12.
Dont be too harsh on yourself though, we all mess up at times, let them heal and fade again, you've proved to yourself that you can do it.
It wont always be like this, you can beat it.
