I used to eat a normal sized bowl of cereal a average size dinner and a small supper, now all I eat is dinner and I hate, i feel hungry because i'm not eating and when I come near food I just feel like I don't need it and leave it, id their anything wrong with me? :confused:

What do you mean by you feel like you don't need it? Do you feel like if you eat it it makes you a bad person? Or will cause you to gain weight and you don't want that?

Is it a physical feeling, or mental thoughts that stop you from eating?

Could you be more specific? Do you not want to gain weight? Or is it that when it comes to eating you don't feel hungry?

Either way, you don't need me to tell you that you need to eat, otherwise you wouldn't have made this thread. Maybe try and have a few snacks in between meals? Like some fruit, something with hardly any calories, but will give you energy.

Ok with specifics. When it comes to eating I don't feel hungry and I think I don't need it

I know how u feel i have the same issue i really only eat one meal a day just becasue im not really hungry i dont know what it is.
