I recently got Windows 7 on a New COmputer, so I had to get my files back.
Well, I went and downloaded NO$GBA Emulator, the one and always used, and Pokemom Platinum ROM. It always worked fine for me on XP but now I'm getting this message when I try to load that game that says "The saved data could not be accessed. Please turn off the power off and reinsert DS game card." This has happened everytime i try to use it now, is there anyway to fix this?

Have you tried changing the flash options?

I haven't seen any options that are called Flash...>-<
But, messing with the settings hasn't helped any. =/

That's the problem with emulators. Most of them don't make errors on winXP and Linux systems. But change to Vista, 7 or even a Mac OS and everything goes crashing.
Try other emulators. iDeaS and Dualis might work.

The main time it does this is due to options. Set the save type to 512k or whatever an try again.

My ROMs didn't work at first, but then I have changed a small setting.
Go to Options and to Emulation setup. You must see NDS cartridge back up Media. There is a list of different type of back up media. But most of the ROMs are of FLASH 512K bytes or EEEPROM 64Kbytes. Click OK, and reset the cartridge. And Voila!
