okay so i was up at my cottage and while i was with my cousins one of them reveal that she cuts herself, my other cousins are a few years younger then me and dont realy know much about it so they just kinda laught it off....but i was taken aback by it, and i didnt really know what to say accept that i heard that cutting yourself was harmfull but she just shrugged it off and we moved on to other subject ,i dont know much about cutting and all that since i have never done it myself but im pretty sure its not healthy...how would i apraoch this with her? should i even? should i just let it rest?

Just talk to her, and tell her that you are always there if she needs to talk..
You could also suggest this site?

Theres not much you can do if she doesn't want to talk. Just be there for her :)

Just be supportive of her, let her know that you are there for her if she needs someone to talk to.
But if she doesnt want to talk about it to you, there's not alot you can do really
