Whenever I do a squat, or even bend with my knees, they hurt when i get up. The pain stops when i bend to the same position again. Once i put my ear near my kneecaps and i heard a squeaking sound after i moved them. (It came from both of them). What is the problem? Can you help me?

One thing that you need to pay attention too is how old you are. You are still young and you need to make sure that you are not over-excerting yourself when you workout. You need to be careful with what you're doing. That sound that you are hearing might be the ACL or MCL. I can say that you need to be careful, I am speaking from experience.
I started TKD whne I was 8years old and I learned how to do my round-house kicks wrong. Instead of piviting my hips I would twist my tibia and fibula inside my kneecap. I now have bad knees. I have to take NSAID's daily and ginko.
I think that you need to talk to your sthletic trainer at school and if you do not like what you get from him/her you need to go and see you doctor. I hope this can help.

I've had something similar: an uexplained pain due to moving my knees I went to the doctor and he told me is was called Osgood Shclatters disease (I forget how to spell it) but essentially it was just growing pains and went away a couple years later. Most likely it's just growing pains, but it doesn't hurt to check it out as the pain can make you a little cautious of it being something more serious.

The pain is not that bad. I think the lubricant on that spot has lessened or something. Perhaps drinking water would help?

Ice ice ice ice ice. You can never ice enough.
Also you say this happens when you do squats? Are you squating too much? Or maybe your forms off? There has to be some underlying reason, squats just don't make your knees hurt outside of being sore.

I'm not sure whether it actually is Osgood-Schlatter's disease, only your doc can tell you for sure. But even if it is, usually RICE (Rest, Ice, Elevation, Compression) along with occasional Ibuprofen and possibly an orthopedic cast. But regardless, if it's bugging you seeing your doctor cannot hurt! Hope you get it all figured out :)

No joke. I did TKD training for about four years until finally I tore my left maniscus. Put me on crutches / wheelchair for about three months. Needless to say, that was my last time going to TKD.
