is it normal to avoid mirrors and windows because you see glimpses of people that arnt there, i mean is it just my mind playing tricks on me and does it happen to everyone?

It doesnt happen to me personally... That seems really strange, maybe you should see a doctor.

If it happens every so often I am not sure if I would be overly worried. Sometimes it happens to me, but not often enough for me to take it seriously.
If this type of thing happens a lot then maybe seeing your GP would be best.

My house has giant 2 story windows in the great room, and at night I don't like being in their because I always think people are looking in on me. I don't think this is abnormal at all.

I dont like mirrors....I always get freaked out that its like a one way windw nd somones watching or something whenever i go into the bathroom i HAVE to pen the shower cutin to make sure he isnt there

even in the back of my expidetion i unlock it with my remote and that turns the lights on and I lok inside as i walk up to make sure hes not in it...

I don't remember having this ever happen to me, but I used to have a great fear of all mirrors (lol) a long time ago. I had nightmares about them. Nightmares like when I was looking in the mirror, I saw something else besides me.

i also dont like mirrors because i also see things in them and it really creeps me out, even though i have a huge mirror in my room i never go near it at night.

i'm the opposite i have to have mirrors everywhere i have two huge mirrors that go from the floor to the ceiling on one whole wall of my room, i can't stand not seeing behind me or not seeing every part of my room at once, im scared that theres someone or thing in the room out to get my and if i can see the whole room there not going to get me untill i look away so if i can always see the room then i'm safe, but now i always think theres something on the ceiling!

i hate windows at night through when you have the lights on and you can just see the reflection of the room and you can't see out i always think theres someone outside looking in at me, i know its silly but i run past windows at night and actually walk under them so anyone outside can't see me.
