I had my ipod in school one day a few weeks ago, i was only listeing to music on it, nothing else, when this kid takes my ipod and tells me he wants to see what music i have, so i let him. I didnt realize it at the time, but he was going through my apps too, had i known he would do this i wouldnt have let him, but he went in this folder i had and found a very few pornographic pictures. I thought i had locked the folder, but apparently i didnt set it with a password so he just opened it up easily. However, after he found this, he didnt say anything about it at the time, but he later went and told the principle, who made me give him my ipod, and needless to say, he found it and i was suspended for the rest of the week. when my mother found out why they suspended me, she was furious and called the school yelling at them, telling them that every single boy in the school porbably has pornographic stuff in their possesion.
do you have porn on your ipod, or phone?
Was it fair of the school to suspended me?
if it makes a difference, i was suspended on a thursday morning, and was allowed back on monday.

I don't have porn on my phone or Ipod but I'm not against it either. Just don't give it to anyone next time. It was right for the school to suspend you. They expect you to be paying attention and all that but I'm not saying you were watching it. That's how the school works bro. They probably made it short because your mom was somewhat right and I'm sure they don't want to suspend everyone who has porn on their shit unless they want an empty school. That kid is the "ill" snitch though. Sorry for the suspension.

and as long as u weren't showing it off then the school has no business penalizing u for it

if they have an issue with u having ur iphone out during class while the teacher is giving a lecture thats one thing...but what is on ur iphone is really non of their concern

i think thats bullshit that they suspended u for it

No I dont have porn on my phone/ ipod. I think it was fair and not fair at the same time because now all your friends and teachers know about it and they now think you are a pervert. like I got an ISS for taking a pic in class. and ur mom is BA.
