I am so confused right now. apparently last night I was sleep walking! I dont sleep walk, I never have before. but the weird part is I managed to walk out of the house down the driveway, down a hill through a bush, cross a bridge over a fence to the orchad where apparently I was eating apples O_O what the fuck?

why was I sleep walking? I dont know. I dont sleep walk. I cant believe I didnt wake up. I would never walk around outside at night time by myself >.< I am reaaaly worryed now I am going to do it again and hurt myself, or kill myself or something while I am sleeping.... has anyone else ever sleep walked?

Nobody can say whether they sleep walk or not, because usually you never know if you do, unless someone tells you. Same way with snoring. So I don't think you know you are sleepwalking. I'm just glad that you are alright, and nothing bad happened to you.

That seems dangerous, I feel scared for you. Have you seen a doctor about your sleepwalking?

Who told you that you were sleep walking, and around what time of night was this?

You probably should. I sleepwalk, now and again, though usually I dont wake anyone up, but I have sleep walked into my mom's room, told her the "Cookies are Tasty mom, thanks." And gone back to my bed.. But I've never been found out side so I dont know. Usually best to get yourself checked out.

Try not worry yourself so much, sleep walking is nothing to worry about and sometimes it just happens. You may have a fase of where you do it and then it never happens again. If it worrys you this much then go and see a doctor, if this is the first time its ever happened its highly unlikely you have a sleep disorder. But go get yourself checked out just to be safe.

I have sleepwalked for almost every night for about 10 years, People never understand what im talking about. Ive woken up locked out of the house heaps of times with out a key, but the strange thing is you need a key to get out, and the key to lock the door, and i didnt have a key :S. So unless it becomes a problem for you, like you cut your feet or fall into a pond or anything, you're fine

Sleepwalking affects a lot of people. If you want, you can take steps to ensure you won't get hurt like locking doors, etc.

Personally, I don't sleepwalk, but I do other things while sleeping without remembering it the next day. Every few weeks, I take out my retainers without knowing it, and find them somewhere in my bedroom.
My sister says random stuff and sometimes sleepwalks, usually at around 1am on most nights.

Sleepwalking is hillarious, I know it can be really dangerous but I just keep thinking about that movie Step Brothers

But anyway, if you really want to get it sorted if it's concerning you then it would probably be wise to make a doctors appointment, although if you actually left the house and were strolling through fields picking apples :P maybe you should get a lock on your door, or something along those lines?

It can be caused by taking a certin types of Medcations recently. I would see a Doctor, as it may be dangerous if what you said is true. If someone does come across a Sleep Walker DO NO wake them - they can become quite scared and freak out (Never Yell also). Gently guide them back to where they are safe.

But yeah - just go see a Doc - may just be a phase your going through. Not uncommon.
