I've been paying attention to Lady Gaga lately and I have noticed that ever sense Born This Way was released she has had these spikes coming out of her face. has anyone else noticed them? Are they like implants (I hope not) or just makeup?

To be honest I wouldn't mind much if she had Agent Orange coming out her face; in fact she probably does.

Yes lady gaga would not put permanent implants in because she is always changing her look and being inspired. So they were fake.
