Maybe not abandoned. The cat looks pretty rounded. He'd likely be just a bit thinner and lanky if he was abandoned or never had an owner. Could possibly have run away/maybe still abandoned or still have an owner. :p

But yeah, that's a nice picture. :)

No he isn't mine. I already have enough cats at home.

A lot of these cats hang out by the shore to hide, but it isn't long before the pound collects them. :(
