Hi, I'm 13 and haven't pulled my foreskin back before. Is this normal? Do I need to pull it back?

Yes, at some point you need to. If you can ejaculate you will build up smegma, which isnt nice really, unless you pull back and wash underneath. Also when you are ready for sex you are supposed to retract the foreskin before putting a condom on. So yes, try it. If its not easy say so, we can give more advice.

yea you need to retract it for cleaning and so you can put on a condom during sex

you have to get it done eventually, so you might as well do it now and get it over with. While you take a shower (hot) pull it back slowly for a week and see if it gets more loose.

You need to pull your foreskin back for the following reasons:

- To correctly put condoms on

- To clean your penis

- For many, a certain degree of accuracy during urination

It is important that you can do it. If you are finding it difficult, try gently stretching for about 5 minutes every evening as far as you can go without it hurting. If this does not loosen you up sufficiently or if you notice no real progress in a month or so, see a doctor who may be able to prescribe steroid creams or refer you to a urologist who, in a last resort, can offer surgery. However it should be absolutely possible to deal with, without a knife touching your little man.

Well ofcourse you have to pull. And sorry to use your thread, I have a doubt. I have a little bit of skin connecting my foreskin the the edge of the glans, not the one on the underside, but somewhere at the top. Is it normal?
