watch what you eat. Since you are carrying your baby, your child, who is a part of you, eat A LOT OF FRUITS!!! This is good for you and especially the baby. Stay away from the junk food period.

Hmmm I'm not sure of any advice for that...but, I heard the more you walk around, the sooner the baby comes out.

Keep your hair in a ponytail and get a comfy chair in your bathroom.

Stay in bed. Try not to smoke. Don't drink alcohol. Don't eat a lot of gassy foods.

I'm sure if you are pregnant, you have a doctor you visit. Talk to him if you have nausea and things like that.

Cravings shall come for junk food. Eat in moderation, staying away from junk food period isnt as healthy as you might think.

Er... Drink lots of alcohol? I think thats a typo..

^ Be normal, be healthy, changing bodily routines will cause more trouble than worth it, just be a tad more careful.

Oh, and congratulations. :)

Maliza - nothing said about changing your lifestyle, all things suggested are what is requried to sustain Physical Health of the Parent and Child. Sleeping is very important, as you will become more tired and exhausted. Drinking water is very important for obvious reasons. NO alcohol is medically recommended to be consumed whilst carrying a baby - as it can really be dangerous and harmful. Many Mediations cannot be taken whilst Pregnant - so consult the Doc before taking anything.

Smoking is also highly not recommended - but is a hard thing to overcome.

Bah, I don't think it was a typo. I could edit it if you like. Bah.
