Help i feel like i annoy people in social life and internet life

i dont mean to annoy you but i dont feel like anyone outside my family cares about me
but i know the only people i dont annoy is my cosplay group

In regards to feeling annoying to people i know exactly how you mean. I get that a lot and I need a lot of reassurance at times. I'm not exactly sure what brings it on but what i find helps is talking to whoever it is you feel annoying to.
