Two problems

This is a long story. Well, one night I masturbated so hard I thought I ripped my penis skin. (I am circumcised)

It hurt extremely bad to touch the part I "ripped".

Eventually it stopped hurting, and then I noticed a TON of smegma. I cleaned that off, and it pretty much doesn't come back that much. My penis always smells like smegma though.

Also, about my "ripped" skin, well, a normal circumcised penis head, connects to the penis skin, at the lower region of the penis head, mine doesn't. My skin got pulled. Now my penis akin connects to the underside of my penis, instead of the very edge?

It'll be really embarassing, I know, but you need to see a doctor. Any time you injur your penis like this usually requires some sort of doctor look-over. Don't risk it because you feel embarassed; doing this could lead to permanent damage or infection..

I don't think that was smegma released in large quantities, but more likely penile discharge, pus or other horrible bodily fluids which is ALWAYS a cause for concern - especially given this situation. It is vital you see a medical professional immediately.

That's what my penis looked like before and after the incident. I'm not going to the doctor. You might think I'm crazy, but it doesn't hurt or look infected. I't's fine!

But, if I seen infections or signs of problems, I rpomsie, I will go to the doctor.

If the smell continues even with good hygeine this sounds like an infection. If the discharge came from the area you ripped and not the hole ("meatus" I think is the proper name) then again, this sounds like pus which would suggest you had an infection.

It sounds like you were lucky and its healed, but leaving something like that is really dangerous as it may take a course of antibiotics to get rid of : untreated the whole area could become so badly infected it could be permanently damaged or in extreme cases they may even have to remove it to save your life.

If you've injured your penis and you get scarring this could affect how it works / feels, and this is probably only going to get worse if your penis is still growing.

PLEASE follow the advice you've been given and see the Doctor, and if anything like this happens again don't waste any time thinking about it.
