i made a promise to a friend i wud stop...i lasted two days n den cut...hes really disapointed n me n gave out ta me n i really wnt to jus go n pick up my blade...but i cant cuz hes maken me stay the night >:( im actually jus sitting here shaking...i need to do it and he can see that but he wont let me go anywhere on my own...i know its for the best but im cracking up...ive started scratching myself wit my naills but its not doing antin for me...i know he wants to help but im gonna start crying soon...he only let me on this as a distraction, bu it aint workin >:(

I no ur friend is just trying to help, but u have to want to give up for urself n never 4 anybody else, becuase it wont work i promise u. U sounds a strong person with people around u that care. You could try reading or watching a film to try n distract u or i find going for a run takes my mind off it, or snapping an elastic band against ur wrist or u could try puttin a piece of ice against ur wrist until it melts that may also help. Ur friend is only trying to help, does he totally understand?? i promise u need to try ur best to takke all the help that u can get because if u push people away too much in the end u will b alone n then things get much worse trust me. Keep strong u can do it i no its difficult tho.
