I'm so fat. Literally, I weigh over 200lb. It's disgusting! And yet I can't stop fucking eating. All the time. I want to stop, I want to never eat again. But I just get so hungry and binge, and then purge. I try to replace food with cups of tea, but It doesn't work, I still want to binge. Why am I so fucking messed up?! No more food Charlie. You're not hungry! You had some toast earlier, thats enough for today. Go make another cup of tea...
Sorry about the rant :/

Hey hun, no need to fret, this place is open to rant or, talk, you don't have to apologize for that.
First of all I'd like to say I know how you feel. I constantly watch what I eat, I drink so many energy drinks in one day, it's insane, I smoke at least 40 cigarettes in a day, I barely eat and when I do I feel sick. I don't do the right thing, even though I know what the right thing is.
One thing I do want to make clear is; starving yourself should not be an option. Nor do you want to use any mind altering substances or medications to lose weight. If you are unhappy with your weight, don't panic even though I know how hard that is when you have to look at yourself everyday. I hate looking at myself in the mirror everyday, I feel fat, I feel jiggly, it's awful to have to experience this and I'm very sorry you feel this way about yourself, but I do know a way to solve your binging and do it the right way.
It's all psychological, let's say at breakfast time you have a CHOICE of either, Toast and OJ, cereal and milk with toast, or something that is junk. Please do not go for the junk, go for the healthy cereal, milk and toast. Why? Because it's substantial and it should hold you over. Try eating on a smaller plate, instead of getting a dinner plate, get something smaller and fill it up so you THINK you're actually eating more than you are so you feel fuller, faster. Avoid sugar as much as possible, and try to work in some fruit in your diet. Fruit has sweetness to it, so it could be a substitute, may not be as good as a cookie, but it's still sweet and much more healthy for you.
I know how you feel hun, just please don't resort to anything that can result in bodily harm, purging will do harm to your esophagus and do harm to your stomach lining making you not only more prone to ulcers, but will slowly after a while deteriorate the fat, muscle and sooner or later bone which will lead to Rheumatoid Arthritis, which is painful and much worse than how you look.
Exercise is also important, walking to start off, walking maybe a mile or 2 to start then slowly working up to jogging or going for runs, setting goals and reaching them, working out. It sounds grueling, but it's actually a very rewarding process, you just have to want it bad enough.
If you need someone to talk to I'm always here. Take care and be safe.

Thankyou. I'm trying to do it the right way, but I have no self control, I always give in. I managed to just eat a little bit of fish for dinner, but now I want to binge. I'm trying to drink lots of tea to fill me up.
I have cut out all chocolate and crisps for at least 2 weeks, but I know it will be hard with the chocolate, I live for it :P
I want lemons, they are supposed to help you lose weight. But we don't have any...

lemons are cheap you can add them to a lot of things, they have antioxidants that help your body. Chocolate is tempting, but you shouldn't give into that temptation, think of chocolate as the most dreadful thing you've eaten. Think of the junk as that and eat the healthy food, that's a great place to start. Just be consistent with it otherwise it won't work. Try to add some exercise in with the healthy eating and you will drop that weight. Though the good thing about being young, our metabolism is fast so if we make the slightest effort and consistency then you will have results, though it's not going to be that easy when you get older. So just try your best hun, that's all I recommend, you know you can look better, and I believe you can reach your goals, just don't give up.

Thankyou :) I try with the excercise, but anxiety means that leaving the house is hard, the gym is too expensive and even on good days I wouldn't be able to go running or stuff, being out in the open for too long scares me. Meh. I will find a way :)

If you dont' want to go outside run around the house. Perhaps even up and down the stairs, stairs are wonderful. You could also put your legs up on a chair or sofa and do sit ups. That helps me when I don't want to go outside and exercise, or you can lift heavey things around the house.

Thanks for replying. I try running up and down the stairs, but I fell pretty badly once and now they scare me :/
I think I can find ways if I look hard enough, I just need to think (Which is not my specialty :P )

There are plenty of home exercises:
Tip #2: Pushups: Pushups are a form of strength training: during a pushup your arms have to support up to 70% of your body weight. Do 2 or 3 sets of 20 pushups to build arm strength and increase your RMR.
Tip #3: Jumping jacks: Jumping jacks are an excellent whole-body aerobic workout you can do right at home. Do 4 or 5 sets of 20 jumping jacks, or as needed. Hint: if you live in an apartment or stay in a second-story bedroom, be considerate of your neighbors by going outside or doing these in a first story room.
Tip #4: Fast walking: While walking is in itself a great aerobic exercise, fast walking is even better for burning fat. Make sure you really stretch first and warm up with regular walking. Once you start your faster walking pace, try to maintain as much speed as possible for as long as you can. If you get tired, try doing intervals of fast walking followed by short periods of slower walking.
Tip #5: Stepping: Stepping is a great way to get your heart beating and to burn calories. You can use your stairs at home, but for best results I suggest buying specialized stackable step mats and stack them up to at least 15 inches (38 cm). Do 2 to 3 sets of 20 steps each to begin. Even though you may not feel like the stepping is helping, it is! This exercise will not only help you lose weight but will also help shape up your buttocks and legs.
An important element in a strategy to lose weight quickly at home is to do a combination of exercises that build muscles (strength training) while burning fat (aerobic exercises). Start a regimen of most or all of these exercises 2-3 days/week and watch the unhealthy fat melt away.

There's plenty to look up and do, some of the can be fun and some will be challenging, but like I said in my original post that it's actually a very rewarding process.
