First Week With the PS3/Black Ops Question

after one week with the playstation 3, all i have to say is i absolutely love it! and today, i connected my droid 2 to it and could play all of my music through the ps3.

and i have a black ops question.

i really want to get black ops for the ps3, but i already own it for the wii (again, please no console wars) would it be stupid to own two copies of the same thing but for different systems?

and yes the version for the ps3 and the 360 are slightly different than the wii version. treyarch likes to be fat douche bags and not give the wii verison split screen when the wii is highly capable of using split screen. overall, the campaign is exactly the same, zombies is exactly the same, and online is almost exactly the same. again, treyarch likes to be fat douche bags and not give the wii version all the features like a gunner chopper, even though the wii is highly capable of using it.

and i did notice that online play for black ops on the 360 and ps3 are highly more intense than on the wii.

but overall, should i purchase black ops for the ps3 even though its basically the same thing as the wii verison? i really want to but not be disappointed.

Your using term "almost the same" alot, take that into consideration there are really huge differences in comparison to the 360/ps3 version to the wii: HD graphics better online support for multiplayer, better controls for a hardcore shooter. I would suggest you get it if you plan on playing the game often. Or you could just wait until this November for the enevitable next Call of Duty expansion.

I don't judge video games by graphics, I don't care about graphics,A game is not about graphics. And I've plaed black ops on all three systems and the controls are by far easier on the wii. That's just my opinion. And I definitely will get the new one in november :D I just gotta dish out the money for both of them, black ops and the future one. Lmfao.

Online black ops for the wii (in my experience) is actually better. When I played it on the 360 with friends for online, it took about 6 minutes to find a game. At my cousins who also have a ps3, took about 4 minutes to find a game. And for me, the wii takes about 50 seconds. Im not a fanboy, but finding a game for the wii version is a breeze. Like I said, that is just my experience and may not be the same for everyone else.

Im gonna think about it some more. And I want to play first strike when it comes out soooooo bad. Lmao xD

Fallout GOTY for PS3
Fallout GOTY for PC

You have diffrent feelings in diffrent consoles and I'm telling you wii's are never made for FPSs, you should play it on either PC or PS3
But an arcade game such as CoD would suit for PS3
