From Gameplays and photos I have seen ( exclusive to our website, divaniharp.com ), the graphics kinda suck :P
IMO, Total War's graphic sucks since ETW.

IMO, Total War's graphic sucks since ETW.

For me Medieval II has the nicest effects. Makes you feel like in a fairy tale, but here they fight not against dragons and witches, but with Mongols and Pagans.

I don't think Shogun: Total War's graphics suck. To tell you the truth, it's a nice rendition of the first Shogun. I believe it will have the feel like Medieval II had.

The campaign elements and the textures are amazing, amazing indeed but really have you seen the battle screenshots? You cant tell a lot in a gameplay since it is way zoomed out but with the screenshots you can see everything...
I hope those shots were on low quality.


Shogun 2 is the warm-up round to enter sword-and-horse era again, the real bomb will be with Rome 2

I've seen both videos and screenshots. The graphics are amazing.

Don't know, in my opinion, somethings wrong with soldier's uniforms and their animations since ETW.
In M2TW, every soldier had a diffrent walking, attacking animation. In ETW and NTW, when you pressed charge, all horses would run at the same time in a formation which would be impossible to be. And when you charge to infantry, they just have their dying animation while moonwalking back.

They couldn't push that far to make the game look more realistic. And, compared to swordfighting and swashbucking, rifle shooting and pre-modern marches are quite standardized.
