paranoid or just a hypochondriac

UM i was just like looking through all the forums and i found this one. Im not sure if i have some type of paranoia or not. Ages ago i took some long test on the internet..ACCURATE I KNOW and it said it was most likely paranoid personality disorder or something along those lines.
the reason i think that is that, i always feel like my friends are talking behind my back. For example ill go up to some of my friends and they will be talking and i instantly assume its about me but i hear them talking about something else like maths..but i still think they were talking about me.
also if im on the street i feel like everyone is looking at me and like laughing because they think im fat or ugly or just something.
even now as soon as i started writing this i assumed anyone who read it would laugh at me or something.
wait i think im just a hypochondriac
or like just stupid hahah
your opinion would be nice on whether you think im over reacting.

Well, an internet test isn't going to really tell you if you have it or not. If you believe that you do have some sort of mental disorder, you need to speak with a professional. I think you do have some sorts of symptoms, but I am not a doctor unfortunately, and he/she will be the only one who could officially say whether you have what you say you have or not.

^Agreed. The internet is no place to diagnose yourself with ANY health problems, physical, mental or otherwise. The best option is to see a professional. It is their job to help you, after all.
