nvm that, i was just freaking out because i thought i couldnt live if i quit drugs and needed someone to lecture me, i'm alright now
oh and i'm not sure if the phone # for kids heelp phone if different for diferent contries, i jsut typed in google "kids help phone canada" there really good though.

yea there pretty good, i mean you can get shitty onesd but most are awsome, if you really talk, like you really open up there so nice, like i was so upset and they told me how brave it is to admit theres something wrong and thats really hard o do, there good you should call them if you need to talk.

oh and i asked and they have NO way of contacting the police, like i asked "so if i told you i was going to go into my school tomorrow and shoot everyone tehres nothing you could do?" and they said all they could do is ask you for your info thats the only way they could do anything, so if you dont give it then they cant do anyhing but listen, so its really good for people who are being abused and stuff like that.

The crisis numbers are awsome.I've called afew times when I'v felt suicidle and wanted to cut.It gives you someone to talk to when no one will listen.Of coarse you occasonally get a shitty person -_-.But usually you get people who are easy to talk to.you don't even have to give out your real name or age not that it matters cause they cant do anything.
