I love this dish!(:
Doritos Casserole!
1-2 bags of doritos.
One lb. of ground beef.
2 cans of sliced black olives. (Honestly I like it better without them.)
1 can of pinto or black beans.
1can of Chicken Soup.
1 can of Rotel.
1 small jar of taco sauce.
2 cups of chedder cheese.
Instructions.
Pre-heat oven at 350, brown the beef and drain it. (fry hamburger and drain the grease.) grease a 9x13 pan. Mix Rotel, soup, and taco sauce. Crush the Doritos and cover the bottom of the dish. Layer meat, beans, Rotel mixture, olives, cheese and top with rest of the crushed chips. Bake for 45 minutes, and enjoy!(:*
Yummy with sour cream.(:

Hmm. I'm a fat kid at heart. I could dig it probably. Makes me think of taco pies. ^_^

Sounds good. But I rather just get a can of chili, heat it up, and pour it into the doritos bag. Saves me an hour.
