Hey!
I've been working out for about 1.5 years.Eventhough I'm very thin I have some belly fat on my abs-stomach area which doesn't let my abs to be shown...
What Should I do? :what:
Thanks! :D

Do sit-ups or crunches to burn belly fat, if you'v been working out for over a year you should be in shape, so try and challenge yourself by doing +/-200 a day, and you should see results.

Then do Situps. It's much more strenuous, and burns more fat.

Crunches and sit ups are really not very effective at burning belly fat. Spot reduction, the idea that working the area will cause you to lose fat there, is... not true.

Situps and crunches are of similar difficulty. Some variants of crunches are actually much harder.
The real answer to this question is to get abs to show requires more general fat loss. Sustained cardio is always the best thing for that.
That said, continuing to do core work can help in that it can develop the size of the muscles somewhat, meaning that even if you have a little bit of fat they'll still be visible.

Thanks a lot for your response :D
Do you know any ''easy'' cardio exercises to do ?
If I follow a balanced diet will it help or I don't have to-Won't see any effect

it really depends on your taste. personally for my cardio i play squash competitively. when not doing that, my preference is to go running. if you don't like running (many don't), biking (either on an actual bike or an exercise bike machine) is a good alternative, as are ellipticals etc. do you have access to any of those things? another potentially good low-impact cardio option is swimming. even if all you have is a flat floor, good circuit cardio work (stuff like pushups->squat jumps->mountain climbers->situps->split squat jumps->jumping jacks repeat) can be one of the most intense workouts there is.
but really, what you prefer and what facilities you have access to will determine what's possible. so give me a bit more information on that stuff.

Well I'm playing tennis 3 times per week
But I can't do cycling 'cause of the bad weather conditions and the limited time that I have.Same with running
I need something that I can do at my house and that doesn't take much time... :)

This is probably caused by your diet. Maintain strict discipline on your diet.
