Well, do you just stay in bed. Or are you watching television, on the computer, waiting to get tired. The tv, and the computer stimulates our brain to stay awake, so if you haven't already, make sure the tv is off, and the computer, and just rest, you will eventually fall asleep.

Make sure you get up early, and not late. You just need to work on your sleeping pattern.

I don't think you have a sleep disorder.

It doesnt matter whether im on the computer or not. Usually i browse vt untill 11, then try to sleep. On average it takes me 2 hours to fall asleep. But i can get an hours sleep a night and it doesnt affect me for the rest of the day. its strange

Are you OK in other ways, sleep problems can be a symptom of depression.

Do you eat a lot before you sleep? Do you drink lots of coffee, or soda? Maybe you have lots of caffeine in your body.

It's hard to say... I usually wait till 12:00 or later, depends on if I'm talking to someone or texting someone or if I'm just laying there. I can go on 4 hours of sleep easily... it's just something I'm used to. If it's affecting your life though, you should probably see a doctor about it.

Do you sleep during the day or are you really inactive during the day?

It could be the start of insomnia, if I were you i'd talk to your doctor about it, and maybe get some medication. If not, it could be because you don't get enough exercise and don't burn enough calories during the day, so you still have a lot of energy when you try and sleep. Try doing a workout routine before you go to bed and burn some energy, do 50 jumping jacks, jog in place for 10 minutes, just do something so your not so restless.

Either you have insomnia or you should stop the caffeine. Are you being put under any stress?

Well, if calm music helps you fall asleep, then I think you've found your problem. You should just try that from now on.
