Infected self harm

I self Harm, and I think it's infected now.
What sould I do?

First, clean whatever self-harm you have there. Use cotton and something like dettol or hydrogen peroxide to clean the wounds. Apply anti-bacterial cream. Cover it up using cotton and medical tape(mostly found first-aid kits) or a band-aid. And hope for the best.

Covering up won't necessarily help, as long as you've washed it well with some antibacterial stuff it'll be fine to leave it open. I've always found mine heal faster without the use of dressing or plasters and it could draw more attention to it.

As these two said, clean the wound as well as you can without hurting yourself even more. Be careful! Band aids first of all and if you're still worried after a while go see your GP i think would be the best idea.

Thank you, for being so fast! I cant belive it
I dont have anything to clean it with, Im too scared to tell anwone, too many people i know allredy juje be because i self harm
When i first told somwone i trusted them and asked them to tell my parents only, 3 days (next day i were in scool) the CPO 'happend to see me' (thats a complete lie-im sure it was on perpouse) and she knew about it and FARCED me to show her.
Ill never trust anywon again, that person i told isent even here now, she is on materntly leave, and I dont have anywone to tolk to wether I like it or not
plese somwone help me, im soo very scared tolking abot it, wich im strugling with as all my life iv been confdent to talk about anything, i still am, with anything exept self harm
