Today I noticed 2 small white bumps on my foreskin located next to each other. One is slightly larger than the other but Both are no bigger than 1cm in diameter. I have small bumps on my shaft of my penis which are very common but these white bumps look different. I looked at pictures of herpes on the foreskin and mine look similar to some of them although mine are not spread. I have never had sex or done any oral. I heard herpes isn't usually spread by clothes or toilet seats. Do you think it's possible that I can have herpes being a virgin? Both my parents don't have stds. I'm worried please tell me what you think. Also, both the bumps seem the be underneath my foreskin. It's not herpes, what else could it be. Also there is no pain. Thanks for the help

Its unlikely to be an STI like herpes if you have had no sexual contact with another person. It could be some sort of fungal infection. It sounds to me as if you should get it checked by a doctor.

If you have had no sexual contact with another person it won't be herpes. Small white spots are actually pretty common and most of the time do not need any treatment. There are two likely things it could be from what you've said, Fordyce's spots or Pearly Penile Papules. Both are harmless and will clear up without any treatment. Although to give you peace of mind I would visit the doctor just in case. They may prescribe you with some cream to put on the area but otherwise it should clear up on its own.

thank you all for your responses. After looking at some pictures of pearly penile papules I think it's just that, those look similar to what I have. I don't think it's herpes because i have never had sex. If It gets worse or I start having pain i will go to a doctor.

you can also have pimples OR the hair foliciles could be sticking out. just get it checked and don't worry about it. i posted something on here about myself having herpes a while back, turned out it was mostly just my hair folicles and my glands.

Yeah bud don't worry about it, it could be natural an will clear up on their own. Don;t pick or squeeze them - just leave them be. If you still have concerns just see a Doc. Hopes this helps :D

Ask the doctor about it at your next visit. Sounds like normal things. Also white bumps can form in hair follicles on your balls and penis that come from too much calcium intake.
