It sounds like you have a tight foreskin. You need to try easing it back gradually to stretch it, its best to do this in the bath or shower. If this doesnt work for you then you will need to check with your doctor who might prescribe you a steroid cream to help with the stretching.

The white stuff is almost certainly smegma, its very normal to get this, just be sure to clean underthere everytime you take a bath or shower. That will ease off later on anyway.

this white stuff is more or less normal, but you need to clean it when you take your shower. I suggest you go see your doctor for your tight 4skin, it may cause problem when you j/o or have sex ;) (ok i admit its not easy to talk about that for real but its for your own good ^^)

The white stuff is normal listen to me so you never get it again !!! -

In the shower pull your foreskin back and rinse under it with water.
Now get plain soap and wash your penis with it (under the foreskin, where you would get the smegma)
Rinse the soap off.
Continue showering and as soon as you get out, pull the foreskin back and fully dry your penis.

This will dry the moisture that makes smegma. If I do this, my penis smells clean and I have no smegma for at least 4 days, unless I get pee under my foreskin or masturbate.
