As long as you don't go telling everyone at your school who you masterbated over, there's nothing wrong with it. The thoughts you have of these girls are simply in your mind, so can harm no one.

It's totally normal. Everyone does it, whether they're guy or girl. Just as long as you don't to school and be all like "Hey Baby! I masturbated while thinking of you naked!". So you're fine.
