Has anyone else here experienced anorgasmia while taking Sertraline? I take Sertraline with Concerta for my ADHD but it's making more intimate things a little difficult to achieve. Has anyone else had this problem? Did you switch medications or did you just go off of your meds when you thought you were going to be intimate with someone?

Been on it for a year and absolutely not problems from it and definately works, but took about a month or a bit longer for me to get the full effect (started on a low dose). You can't just stop sertraline it takes a while to work its way in and out of your body. Stop starting sounds like a really bad idea cos you won't get the benefit and might mess up your body cheimstry more.

I've been on a lower dose for about 6 months. Only side effects were nausea in the first week. It worked for a month or two, then I fell back into my old ways...

Depends what your mixing your tablet with. The adhd tabled can either counteract or worth with whatever your taking.

Only side effect I ever had was gaining a significant amount of weight when I stopped taking concerta, because it was suppressing my appetite.

I had lack of pleasure, difficulty orgasming, and it took all my feelings away but when I stopped the side effects faded away

I take sertraline hydrochloride which I think is the same thing but I call it zoloft. I don't experience what u do but I wouldn't recommend just stopping when Ur gonna be intimate coz mh doc says if I stop u can get withdrawal issues but I take mine for depression so it might not even be the same thing :P
