:O 'Scream 4' is coming out on April 15th! I loved the trilogy (when it used to be a trilogy :P). Part 1 and Part 2 are amazing, Part 3 falls behind but still holds up. Part 4 is looking out to be fantastic. It's been 11 years between Part 3 and Part 4. What are your opinions of the film series and the upcoming one?

Unlike most horror films, Scream took a different approach that ended up as a film with wits, considering most of the characters in the film were horror geeks who used their knowledge of the cliche's of those films in order to survive. At least this is what Sidney Prescott, the heroine of these films, did in order to avoid the Ghostface killer. Here are a few trailers for the film. Like I said, it's looking up to be pretty great. :D If you haven't seen the original trilogy, I seriously recommend you watch them whenever you can. xD Maybe the trailer for Part 4 will interest you.

I've always wanted to watch the movies, but I'm too lazy to earn any money to get my hands on them. :P

The first and simplistic one, definitely a good one

Very on par with the original, if not slightly better

Compared to the previous two, this one lacks. Probably because of the change of writer, who is returning for Scream 4 :D

I've only seen the first one. So I'd probably be lost if I went and watched the 4th one :P

The fourth one is the closest to the original. Takes place in the same town :P The main lead goes back to her hometown for a book tour based on her life. xD

The second one took place with her going to college. The third one took place in Hollywood during the production of a movie based on the murders. lol
