Getting rid of Nipple Hair

I am 13. I dont have chest hair, but I have one hair around a cm long near my nipple. How do I get rid of it? Should I take scissors and cut it? And if I should pluck it, how would I do so.

personally i dont think this is significant enough to post here. All you have to do is take small scissors and but it of, big whoop. its only a single hair.
