Okay, so let me get right down to the point. Me and my mom are poor. She has to go to the blood center to donate plasma in order to feed us. We only get child support and she has social security. So basically after all the bills she pays and what not when we get payed, she literally only has 60-70 dollars cash left. So rather than buying healthy food which wouldn't last long, she buys boxed crap and junk food, which does last a bit longer. But anyway, whenever she comes home from the blood center, and she has food. I will pig out on whatever she brings home....dessert pizzas from Papa Murpheys, candy, pop, sweets. Now I used to weigh about like 200-205, and I kept it at that level for a year literally, but now I'm like 215 and it's pissing me off. I am lazy nowadays, yes, and I can change that. But I can't see my self getting any healthier when there isn't any food that is to benefit to my self. You guys have any suggestions/thoughts?

Well. maybe you should try not too binge on these things. Insted, eat them as and when you need food. This way you won't be eating too much. Maybe you could go out for a jog every so often? And maybe you could get your mum to buy some healthy food, to eat first. So that you have some of that in your diet.

Do you have time to exercise?

Eating as much moderation as possible, and only eat what you really need. Try and cram in alot of exercise and the best thing is to stay active. If you can talk to your mother about your concerns and try and come up with some solutions.

Um, im not sure on your situation in where you live, but u might be able to plant a few veges, carrots, lettuce and all that.. growing your own is always cheaper than buying it, and altho it take time, its a better option than eatin the junk u get.
If you can, go over to the neibours or friend/family's houses if they have fruit trees, im sure they wont mind if there is extras kicking around.
There is always options, maybe tell your mum she doesnt need to buy so much junk food when she gets the money, she can save it, that way u cant eat as much, and she has some money for herself.
Just a few suggestions.. hope it helps

Do you work at all? You could probably get a part-time job to help out with the money issues. I'm sure your mum would appreciate it, and then you'd have more money for healthy foods.
As others have said, exercise, and lear to recognize when you're actually hungry.
Also, instead of going to the store, try to find a market somewhere, where local farmers sell their produce. It's a lot cheaper and much better for you than store-bought produce.
