vB4 -> Add Link

Im running a site for a client using vB4..
My client wants a custom link in the upper navbar.. and this is where i've hit my little speed bump, I have no damn idea how to do this....

Any suggestions?



Also; ive spent more time working on the vB, but I also have IP up on the server, and cant really decide which to stick with, pretty sure its going to be vB, but what do you guys think?

What do you want the link to go to? A page within vBulletin or an external link?

I never really fooled with vB4 before but it looks like a pain in the ass.
