Little bumps?

I have little bumps on my penis, and was just wondering.. is it normal?

They look like your skin when you pull hair up on your arm.. but they are there all the time. It also seems like hair only grows out of them. Hair follicles maybe?

I have it too, i think its called Fordyce spots, i heard somewhere that sometimes it goes away after some years
