Im not gonna eat really at all
If i have dinner then ill exersise it out till im hungry and feel pain

im a fat pig i am nothing more
I dont feel comfortable in my own skin
These stretch marks are a discrase i dont want one fucking more

I feel your pain. I think im fat and overweight. Theres these girls i see each week who are skinny and it pisses me off. Ive had to buy new clothes cause ive gained 50 pounds.

My advice to you that im using: buy an article of clothing, preferably a shirt or dress that you love, get it in a size or two smaller than what you are now and WORK on getting those extra calories and inches off until you fit the dress or shirt. OR pants. And then once you get that goal down, if you want to be thinner, do it again until your at a HEALTHY size.

Let me know what you think, because i think im an ugly girl who hates my body all around. I know how you feel, so let me know if this will work out for you.

If you want to lose weight this is definately not the way to go about it.. Eating and exercising healthily is the best thing you can do to lose weight. If you start to fast and work out extra hard all you are going to do is end up hurting yourself in the long run.. E.g. You could pass out or cause major problems with your organs cause they arn't getting what they need to function.
Hope it all goes well for you.. and I hope you end up doing this the healthy way <3

That's one of the worst ways you can lose weight, because let's say you manage to do that to the point you put yourself in hospital, once they make you eat again it's highly likely you'll end up heavier than you are now. Like BlackenedSilver said, the healthy way is the best way to lose weight, especially if you want to keep it off, and what LiTTleBrok3nDolly said about the item of clothing is good motivation, but its vital that the target you set yourself if achieveable and you work slowly towards it
