Light Period

I have an extremely light period this time. Why?

it depends on the changes in your estrogen
also if you are new with getting periods your body is still adjusting to this change and yur periods may be irregular for awhile
also if you are on birth control it may cause a change in your periods flow and timing

I think every girl's periods vary in their flow, whether you get cramps or tender breasts etc. At least I know mine do.
It's natural to have a few lighter or heavier periods than your normal.

Sometimes periods can come on very light when ever the female is stressed. If you're experiencing more than the normal amount of stresses right now, such as school work piling on or tests, boy problems, parent problems, and so on then you're period could come light or even not at all. It happens to me rather often.

Try meditating if you're sooo wanting to get that nice heavy flow back (sarcasm).

But as stated before, it always varies.
