My friend just told me he ate 12 aspirins and drank wine after it.. what will happen?

As fas as google could help, it says that acetysalicyclic acid can damage the liver, and if topped with alcohol, there will be a serious liver damage. As the link above said, it inhibits platelets. Meaning, if there is a slight damage, the affected blood will not repair the damage.

So, inducing vomit is in itself a major risk.

What, that friend of yours thought it is okay to consume a medicine and not to die from overdosage?

Take the first poster advice, and take him to hospital. And bring back the packet of the medicine that he has taken. All will be good.

While Paracetamol isn't as dangerous as other drugs it can lead to some bad effects. Just make sure he stays awake, get him to drink a pint or two of water and a glass of salt water. If he's not going to go to the hospital at least try and get him to flush it out whether it be through being sick or what.

But yes, I suggest induced vomiting(but the chance that they are already in the body brings about a different story).
