In the bit to ask questions for the mods/admins whatever, I think there should be a sticky for smaller questions. Cause like, I was going to ask a question but thought "It doesn't deserve a whole thread." It could also have a FAQ bit on the front message (I think we have one already somewhere though, sorry if we do.)
It would cut down on spam aswell.

Someone could just type up the questions and put the answers, in a neat format. Then if necessary provide links to the answers. But I think if they are typed up good it should work.
