school sucks!!

taday was such a crap day...got suspended for gettin into a fight...i didn even hit her hard n in fairness she did tell me ta go shoot myself...bu yet cuz im d one thats different im d one that gets in trouble...n i was trying really hard ta not sh...i broke 2 bands from snapping them n then jus said f**k it...succckkkssssss!!!!!!!!

It's alright. I understand. Problems in school happen. You just have to know for next time, that fighting will get you into trouble. But it's alright to be mad about it. There are lots of time where we get in trouble at school, and it wasn't even our fault.

I'm really sorry that happened to you at school. There are times where things happen, and the only way we can deal with it, is to pick up the blades. I know it's hard. But I want to help you. If bands around your wrist don't work, I can suggest something else for you. I don't want you to take your anger out on cutting. We are here to help.

Have you tried holding an ice cube against your skin till it melts? What about drawing, or writting? Even getting a red marker pen and drawing where you wanna hurt yourself.
