The correct name for the head of the penis is the glans. Its supposed to be very sensitive, thats what makes sex feel so good, and the foreskin is there for protection to help preserve that sensitivity. There's no real need for your gf to be touching the glans of your penis with her fingers other than in the same way that uncut guys masturbate.
