Idk if this is the right forum, but anywho my dad made a snide remark that i was fat at dinner tonight and now ive been sitting in my room doing crunches and what not for about 30 minutes. i went to go look in the mirror and i feel really fat and stupid right now. i go running everey day and live a pretty normal life style

Well, maybe your dad just wants you to be healthy. I don't think he meant it to make fun of you. Whether you were fat or not, it's always good to exercise. Stay healthy.
