Okay, so, I've had psoriasis since the day i've been born over 100% of my body, including my head and everything else. I'm on a medication that clears up the psoriasis on my head, but nothing but sun clears up the psoriasis on my skin, and only a little.
Does anyone here have any home remedies or any suggestions of what to do?
It's just got me terrified of everything that involves changing, or swimming, or wearing shorts in general because of the "ewww.. whats that on your skin.. stay away from me!" shit.
K, thanks.

If you don't want to buy any expensive creams or steroids, just put some sun lotion on, and expose your body to the sun.
I also heard, if you have any bananas, rub the inside of a banana peel over your body. It's worth a try.

I've been through steroid creams, and i have allergies to something inside them, so it burns my skin away.. /: but i'll try the banana peel one. Thanks!

My friend has psoriasis, she uses some lotion she gets at a store. You can always try any creams you find at your drug store. Or some medicated lotion? My friend also says that helps a little.

I have genetic psoriasis, and I also work for one of Ireland's top dermatologists so I'm assuming these could work.
Capasal brand shampoos, or anything with tar in it.
For the itching use completely unflavoured natural yoghurt.
Also, sunlight is extremely good for it!
