Username/Shoutbox help

[Love.Hate]

So I went to change my user name today from
Love.Hate to Fran.
But it said that name was already in use, but i didnt get the option to change it? Now if i go onto it there isnt the option to change my name anymore.

Also when i logged back in as Love.Hate there now appears to be no shoutbox anymore? So im really quite confused with what is going on with me :P

Does anyone know how to fix these? thankyou

The thing about your name is weird aswell.
Forum's being really glitchy so they're doing updates tomorrow at some time.
