Well, usually by the ammount of hair.

But, like I've said before, puberty is much too ambiguous to be able to be put into 4 stages... Don't take much regard to the stages man, they're 50% bs I find.

I agree with Rowan. There is traditional, and typical, but thats with hair. Race affects body hair, which will also throw those charts off. There are no stages in my opinion. Your just beggining, in the middle, or ending it.
