I LIKE wearing skirts cos the wind brushes inside , not for boys to see but just cos the wind is cute in my part.

It is normal I guess. I've seen a lot of guys do that. I think if they noticed, they would've done or said something to you. I actually like it more when they have jeans on, not too baggy or tight.

Meh, some of them probably do wear short skirts to get looks, but not all of them. Some of them care, some of them don't. Its not exactly right to go looking but I doubt there is a teenage guy alive that hasn't done it.
