ok, i download songs from a software called limewire.
I wanted to save the songs into a CD, but apparently, the music files are not WMA or something. Can I somehow save these songs into a CD so I can listen to it on a CD walkman? help

Use Windows Media Player 10 or 11, it will convert the tracks to a CDA format for use on a walkman.

Probs just my PC, but whenever I have tried to do it in media player it has always crashed my pc, so personaly I would use something like iTunes, also it seemed faster, dunno if it would be on your pc 'some1'.

You could buy a CD player that also plays MP3 format CDs, you would be able to fit at least 4x as much music on a single disc, depending on the quality. All you have to do is select data disc in WMP, or download something like Burn4Free and create a data disc using the MP3 files.

MP3 is a file type, the different kinds of recordable CDs are CD-R, CD+R, CD-RW, and CD+RW. You simply go to the burn tab of Windows Media Player, select data disc, and burn the songs you want, I fit The Jimi Hendrix Experience, a 4 CD set, onto 1 CD with 100mb left, and that was at 320kbps quality. I suggest using Windows Media Player 11.
