Usually if I have a boner when I need to pee, I just kinda bend my body down a bit so I can aim better. But I don't jack off after. Idk why, just don't.

That's not the case with everyone. Yes, some guys can't pee with an erection, but a lot can. It's just harder to go because you're hard. But you can.
